● We do not roll broken, damaged, chipped, or cracked bats.

● We will not be held responsible for scuffs or any other superficial marks on your bat that come from our break-in techniques, including the NBI method.

● Bats will be inspected before and after rolling and any defects will be noted and addressed with customer.

● New and used bats are sold from in-house stock and third-party providers. Sold AS-IS.
