Standard Roll $20

This is an option for those just wanting a basic bat-roll. There is no heat added as part of the break-in process. A 15 minute bat-roll with no compression testing.

Heat Roll $30

Your bat is heated before it is rolled and, if needed, intermittently during the accelerated break-in (ABI). This gives your bat a more uniform break-in and helps prevent any breakage during the rolling process.

Natural Break-in $60

The natural break-in (NBI) service we provide is the longer and more laborious method to breaking in your bat. We put at least 300 hits on your bat using tee-work, soft-toss, and pitch machine. We use different and progressive levels of power during this break-in process and rotate the bat an 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch per hit. This provides a more balanced natural break-in.

Bat Compression Testing +$10

We can test any and all baseball and softball bats. We have separate and specific testers for baseball bats and softball bats to get correct readings. Rolled and non-rolled bats.

Batting Lesson $20 / 30 minutes

Do you need a greater understanding of how the correct swing works? We talk, learn, and practice correct swing mechanics by breaking down each phase of the swing, all the while allowing you to keep your individual style and character. No robots here! We help identify movements and thought processes hindering or helping the hitter (real vs. feel). 30 minute sessions.

Deep Cryogenic Treatment (DCT) $50

The process we use is computer controlled chamber, never permitting any liquid nitrogen (LN2) to contact the alloy bats being treated. The incoming LN2 is vaporized by a proprietary atomization device such that the dry nitrogen vapors gently envelop the items. It’s crucial that the LN2 never contacts the items being treated because a droplet could create a zone of thermal shock (especially during the start of the gradual cooling stage). This instantaneously created thermal shock zone could cause damage to the metal, leading to a non-homogeneous microstructure and undesirable mechanical properties throughout the bat’s shell. The bottom line is the bat must have consistent mechanical properties everywhere - especially the “sweet spot”.

We can treat new or used one-piece alloy bats. There is no visual difference between treated and untreated bats. DCT provides vibration reduction, 2 to 4% greater hitting distance, 25% drop in denting speed, larger sweet spot, and longevity.
